Sorting is a powerful tool that can help you organize and prioritize your data in Notion. One common task is to sort pages alphabetically, which can be especially useful if you have a large number of pages and need to quickly find a specific one. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps for sorting pages alphabetically in Notion.
To begin, open the Notion page or database that you want to sort. This can be a page or database within your workspace or a shared database.
Once you have opened the page or database, click on the "Sort" button at the top of the page.
In the "Sort by" field, select the property that you want to sort the pages by. In this case, we want to sort the pages alphabetically, so we will select the "Title" property.
In the "Sort order" field, you can specify whether you want to sort the pages in ascending or descending order. To sort the pages in ascending alphabetical order, select "Ascending". To sort the pages in descending alphabetical order, select "Descending".
Once you have selected the property and sort order that you want to use, click the "Apply" button to apply the sort. The pages will be rearranged in the order specified.
