This 'Notion Meetings AI Template' has a few simple additions to let you leverage Notion's latest AI summary and button automation features. Let's dive in.

How To Use This Notion Meeting AI Template

Step 1: Creating a New Meeting

Click anywhere on the calendar to generate a new meeting using the Meeting Database template.

Step 2: Utilize the AI Prompts

This Meeting Database template comes equipped with several AI prompts. So, once you're ready to plan your meeting, outline any initial thoughts you have and tap the 'Generate' button. This will trigger Notion's AI, structuring an agenda for your meeting based on your initial input.

Step 3: Pinpointing Key Action Items

After conducting your meeting and taking down notes, you can identify the 'Key Action Items' by clicking on the 'Generate' button located on the second Notion AI block in the template. This AI-powered tool will efficiently sift through your notes and highlight the critical takeaways.

Step 4: Updating the AI Summary Section

For the final step, navigate to the Table view of the Meetings database and click 'Update' under the AI summary column. Notion's AI will then craft a concise summary of all the details encapsulated within the meeting. This feature provides you with a quick, at-a-glance overview of the meeting's outcome and decisions made.

How To Use the Notion AI Features

Notion's AI features are designed to turn vague, raw input into structured and actionable content. First of all, it's worth noting that Notion AI isn't included in the free Notion plan, and you'll need a Notion AI add-on plan to use these features.

Once added, you'll be able to summarize your meetings using the AI Database fill property. By hitting the 'Generate' button, you can have your meeting agenda laid out, key action points identified, and a comprehensive summary prepared, all courtesy of Notion's AI.

How To Use the Automation Button

This template offers a convenient feature that allows you to add a quick daily standup for today's date.

Step 1: Adding a Daily Standup

To kickstart the automation process, click on the 'Add Daily Standup' button. This action will automatically slot a new template meeting into your calendar, eliminating the need for manual input each day.

Step 2: Customizing the Automation Template

If you wish to modify the template for the automated meeting, locate and click on the cog icon positioned adjacent to the 'Add Daily Standup' button. This will open up the template for you to edit and tailor according to your meeting's specific requirements.

Step 3: Modifying Properties in the Meetings Database

In this final step, you can further refine the automation settings by adding or adjusting properties in your Meetings database. This can be accomplished by navigating to the template you're modifying and adjusting the desired properties.

The automation button helps streamline your daily scheduling and template customization process, making your meetings more organized and efficient.
