With its advanced natural language processing capabilities, Notion AI can help you catch those pesky grammar and spelling errors without ever leaving your Notion page.
In this tutorial, we'll show you how to enable Notion AI and use it as a powerful Grammarly replacement. Say goodbye to copy-pasting your content into different tools and hello to a more streamlined writing experience.
Before you can use Notion AI as a grammar and spellcheck tool, you need to make sure that it's enabled in your workspace.
Next, navigate to the page where you'll be doing your writing. This could be a blank page or an existing page with text that needs to be checked.
Write your copy directly on the page or copy and paste it from elsewhere. It's important to have your text on the page before you can check it.
Once you have your text on the page, drag and select the portion of the text that you'd like to spellcheck. This could be a single sentence, paragraph, or the entire page.
With your text selected, click the 'Ask AI' button that pops up, automatically on selecting text.
A menu will pop up with different options. Select 'Fix grammar and spelling' from the list of options.
After the corrected text has been generated, you can choose whether to replace the selected text with the corrected version or insert the corrected version below the original text.
With these simple steps, you can use Notion AI as a grammar and spellcheck tool, just like Grammarly. It's a great way to catch mistakes and improve the quality of your writing directly inside Notion.
