In this tutorial, we'll show you how to easily toggle between different default font sizes in Notion. We'll also explain how to use hotkeys to make more fine-tuned adjustments without leaving your keyboard!
The first step when changing font size in Notion is finding the page or document you want to edit. Go ahead and open the page by clicking on it from the list of notes on the left side of your screen.
Next, go up to the top right corner of your page and click on the three dot menu icon. This will open up additional settings for that particular page or document. One of these sections is to do with page formatting and text options; one of which lets you adjust font size.
Use the toggle switch to set you page to 'Small Text.'
If you don't want to use the toggle switch mentioned above, there's another way you can adjust font sizes quickly without ever touching your mouse: hotkeys! On Windows computers (or Chrome OS devices), press ‘Ctrl’ and ‘+’ together at once on your keyboard; each press increases font size by one point until it reaches its maximum value at 24 points (or 20 pixels). Pressing ‘Ctrl’ and ‘-’ together decreases font size by percentages.
On Mac computers (or other Apple products such as iPads or iPhones), press ‘Command’ and ‘+/-’ together at once; each press works exactly like their Windows counterparts described previously. Moreover, note that zooming with hotkeys does more than just increase/decrease fonts - it also resizes blocks and other components within your layout as well!
